MASAHITO YAMADA
Masahito Yamada supports a wide range of business law matters, including the establishment of various companies and corporations, fund-raising, M&A, intra-group restructuring, business reorganisation and business succession, mainly for listed subsidiaries, foreign companies, SMEs and start-ups, and specialises in commercial registration applications in connection with such matters. He is also involved in a number of end-of-life support projects, from measures to be taken before death such as wills and family trusts, to inheritance and estate liquidation procedures.
